Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized post office or designated courier location.
